• SALE orders ship out in the order in which they are received, due to high volume of SALE orders please allow 7-14 Business Days on ALL SALE orders to process and ship.
• Orders are shipped out Monday-Friday (NO ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED ON WEEKENDS)
• ALL ORDERS placed AFTER 5pm EST will start processing on the next Business Day.
• All orders are shipped with USPS. 

    We ship ALL packages with SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION. Meaning

     someone MUST be there to sign for your package. USPS will make several

     attempts to deliver your package and will be held after their final failed attempt

    at your nearest location. They may leave notices with each attempt to deliver

    with their contact information to pick-up or arrange alternate delivery. It is

    your responsibility as the customer to arrange for your package pick-up, if 

    necessary. **NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR UNSIGNED, 

    REFUSED, OR ADANDONED SHIPMENTS**

• Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Please ALWAYS double check the address that you are adding to your orders. Make sure have included ALL the necessary information, such as apartment numbers, suite numbers, or floor numbers that are needed to successful deliver your package. 
• Billing addresses and shipping addresses must match on ALL orders, if not your order will not be processed and will cause delay on your receiving your item(s).
